Return and Refund Policy (shop products only)

Returns are accepted when returned within 14 days.

If you have changed your mind or the item is no longer needed, please contact me in the first instance to inform me you intend to return and your reason to coventrycatgroomers@yahoo.com 

Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.

Please use a trackable service as refunds cannot be processed until received, if items go missing in transit it is your resposibility to claim with your chosen postal service.
